Manager, Enterprise Solutions (ERP)

Location: Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Brooklyn, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Durham, Houston, Miami, Minneapolis, Nashville, New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Summit, or Washington, United States. Significant travel to client sites may be required.

First-year base compensation: $190,000 USD annually, plus discretionary performance bonus and retirement fund contribution.

What you will do

• Manage large-scale ERP and enterprise technology programs, including governance, quality assurance, roadmaps, cost estimates, and resource plans.
• Connect business strategy and financial performance with digital solutions and optimize value realization from technology investments.
• Evaluate enterprise applications, data, analytics, integration, and AI solutions across platforms such as ERP, CRM, HCM, EAM, MDG, SRM, TMS, and WMS.
• Define target-state requirements, recommend software vendors and configurations, and design cloud, on-premises, hybrid, and service-oriented architectures.
• Lead organizational change, operating-model transformations, merger and acquisition technology initiatives, and technical discussions.
• Manage senior client relationships, support business development, and contribute to proposals, publications, and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, engineering, information technology, business management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in IT or ERP consulting, professional software development, or IT project management.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or Workday and management responsibility for at least two end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Experience with business process design and configuration, complex project planning, decision management, and client leadership.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, conceptual, customer, and results-oriented skills.
• Fluency with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, including validation of generated responses; willingness to travel globally for client work.
