ERP Transformation Manager (D365 F&O)

Location: Fully remote; biannual off-sites are required for in-person connection.

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 base salary plus bonus, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and phase-two rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Map and document end-to-end processes across procure-to-pay, month-end close, order-to-cash, inventory, logistics, and record-to-report.
• Design solution architectures covering integrations, data management, application security, and configuration over customization.
• Plan and run business validation and UAT, including cross-functional scenarios, test scripts, and subject-matter-expert reviews.
• Coordinate implementation partners, milestones, risks, dependencies, internal controls, and company policies.
• Drive change management through training, process documentation, operational improvements, and adoption of AI tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations, with strong knowledge of business and financial processes.
• 3+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or equivalent ERP solutions.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of D365 F&O, including multi-function solution design and enterprise processes.
• Experience across assessment, analysis, business-case development, solution envisioning, planning, deployment, and benefits realization.
• Experience in CPG, direct-to-consumer, or retail operations; supplements or food and beverage experience is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field.

• Microsoft D365 F&O Financials certification.
• Experience with supplements or food and beverage operations.
