Growth Marketing Manager – AI, SEO, Content & Organic Growth

Location: Remote in Brazil, Mexico, or Costa Rica; U.S. business hours

hirify.global is hiring for a client seeking a hands-on growth marketer focused on SEO, content, social media, and AI-driven marketing workflows.

What you will do

• Develop and execute SEO strategies, conduct keyword and competitor research, perform audits, and improve organic traffic and search visibility.
• Create, manage, repurpose, schedule, and publish blog, social media, PR, and marketing content.
• Use ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai, and other AI tools for ideation, research, copywriting, content repurposing, and marketing analysis.
• Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows and identify marketing processes suitable for automation.
• Coordinate landing pages, website updates, content publishing, and SEO improvements with developers and content teams using Astro, headless WordPress, or similar platforms.
• Track performance in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot, and other tools; maintain reports and identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with content creation, content management, SEO, keyword strategy, and organic acquisition.
• Experience with organic social media growth and coordination across marketing, design, and development teams.
• Proven ability to integrate AI tools into marketing workflows and familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours while based in Brazil, Mexico, or Costa Rica.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, and Google Search Console.
• Backlink strategy, link building, marketing automation, or organic acquisition experience.
• Experience with Astro, WordPress, headless CMS platforms, or scalable AI-assisted content workflows.
