Senior Facade Engineer (Structural Engineering)

What you will do

• Deliver and oversee façade and structural engineering services, including concept development, detailed design, analysis, specifications, documentation, and construction-phase support.
• Manage complex projects across technical strategy, resourcing, risk, budgets, fees, quality, and consultant coordination.
• Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, invoicing, debtor follow-up, and financial reviews.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary services including building physics, ESD, acoustics, logistics, remedial, lighting, and BMU disciplines.
• Manage client relationships and support proposals, presentations, and business development activities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers and consultants.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in structural, civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
• Experience in façade engineering, structural engineering, or related building engineering disciplines.
• Experience delivering complex façade projects involving curtain walls, glazing, cladding, and specialist systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting programme, budget, and quality requirements.
• Strong understanding of façade performance, including structural behaviour, weatherproofing, durability, and constructability.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.
