Location: Dallas, TX, United States; on-site. The role supports a 24/7/365 global security operations center, includes rotating shifts, on-call coverage, and occasional travel.
Salary: $155,000β$190,000 per year plus bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.

What you will do
- Lead day-to-day 24/7/365 GSOC operations, including monitoring, alarm management, incident response, escalation, and situational awareness.
- Coordinate security incidents, emergencies, and crises; dispatch responders, initiate mass notifications, and provide accurate updates to leadership.
- Own business continuity, disaster recovery, failover testing, tabletop exercises, and resilience of security infrastructure across monitored sites.
- Oversee intelligence products such as threat assessments, intelligence briefs, travel advisories, executive support products, and incident reports.
- Lead the use and improvement of access control, biometric authentication, video management, AI-enabled video analytics, incident management, protective intelligence, and mass-notification platforms.
- Build and develop the GSOC organization, manage staffing vendors and SLAs, establish operating models, and own operational KPIs, audits, and executive reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of GSOC or corporate security operations experience, including 2β3+ years leading shift-based teams or managing contract security vendors.
- Experience leading 24/7 multi-shift operations, contracted security personnel, staffing, scheduling, performance management, and vendor SLAs.
- Working knowledge of access control, video and AI-driven video analytics, investigative and open-source databases, mass notification, incident management, and protective-intelligence platforms.
- Familiarity with physical-security controls under ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, or comparable compliance frameworks.
- Experience scaling security operations across new sites, regions, or services; strong judgment under pressure and ownership of metrics and KPIs.
- Executive-ready communication, foundational computer networking and telecommunications knowledge, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Nice to have
- ASIS CPP or PSP, CSOCA, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP certification.
- Experience in intelligence analysis, emergency management, business continuity, risk intelligence, travel risk, or duty-of-care programs.
- Experience supporting global multi-site, industrial, aerospace, manufacturing, data center, power generation, or critical-infrastructure environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
