What you will do
- Deliver façade and structural engineering services, including concept development, detailed design, documentation, analysis, specifications, and construction-phase support.
- Support planning and resource management for small projects or components of larger projects.
- Prepare tender documentation, design documentation, specifications, and project deliverables.
- Produce and coordinate engineering designs with internal design and design engineering teams.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional project delivery.
Requirements
- Approximately 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a consultancy.
- Tertiary qualification in structural engineering, civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
- Experience in façade engineering, structural engineering, or related building engineering disciplines.
- Experience with façade projects involving curtain walls, glazing, cladding, and specialist systems.
- Understanding of project management, budgets, timeframes, and customer requirements.
- Proficiency with relevant software and platforms such as REVIT, BIM, and SpaceGass, plus strong communication and organisational skills.
