Associate (AI Infrastructure)

Location: San Francisco, CA, US; on-site

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year plus bonus and restricted stock units

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve cost, schedule, risk, and quality dashboards.
• Support due diligence, data rooms, exhibits, and external transaction materials.
• Track schedules, milestones, slippage, and critical paths across data center campus builds.
• Prepare agendas, meeting notes, action items, presentations, one-pagers, and executive memos.
• Document standard operating procedures, RACI matrices, and lessons learned.
• Support special projects and cross-functional operations across construction, finance, strategy, and business development.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in construction management, consulting, investment banking, operations, or strategy; internships count.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Clear, concise written communication and the ability to prepare board-ready materials.
• Familiarity with Gantt charts, critical-path analysis, milestone tracking, and project management concepts.
• Strong interest in AI infrastructure, power markets, and large-scale data center development.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business, economics, or a related quantitative field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or similar data visualization tools.
• Exposure to data center infrastructure, colocation providers, development, real estate, construction, or infrastructure.
• Experience integrating AI into team workflows.
