Legal Engineering Operations Associate (AI)

Location: New York City, United States. On-site role in the Union Square office.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Build and maintain reporting for Pilot Win Rate, Time-to-Value, Usage Rate, and other Legal Engineering metrics.
• Turn unstructured inputs into clear dashboards and actionable leadership reporting.
• Automate manual workflows and maintain pilot, rollout, performance review, and other operational trackers.
• Support strategic initiatives including org design, headcount planning, program launches, and cross-functional projects.
• Run weekly updates, prepare monthly performance reviews, and maintain planning cadences for the North America team.
• Coordinate hiring pipeline and onboarding operations for Legal Engineering.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in strategy consulting or business operations, ideally in high-growth technology or professional services.
• Strong data skills, including pulling, cleaning, structuring, and clearly presenting numbers.
• Fluency with spreadsheets and strong organizational instincts.
• Clear, concise communication and a bias toward action.
• Interest in AI and its impact on the legal industry.
• Ability to work on-site in New York City.

Nice to have

• SQL, light scripting, or no-code tooling experience.
• Experience in high-growth technology or professional services.
