Senior Multi-INT & OSINT Analyst (OSINT)

Location: Full-time onsite in Reston, Virginia, United States

Salary: $102,000–$149,600 annually for the Washington, DC metropolitan area

What you will do

• Lead OSINT and multi-INT analysis for hard and deeply buried target mission sets.
• Synthesize open-source materials, classified reporting, and technical data streams into actionable intelligence.
• Develop social media exploitation, digital network analysis, attribution, and cyber tradecraft methodologies.
• Correlate OSINT with GEOINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT; perform geolocation, imagery, terrain, and visual media authenticity analysis.
• Produce analytic reports, briefings, and data-driven products for senior government stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts, lead training initiatives, and establish analytic standards, methodologies, and SOPs.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active TS/SCI U.S. Government security clearance and willingness and ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
• Master’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Cybersecurity, Regional Studies, or a related field.
• 10+ years of intelligence analysis experience focused on OSINT and integration with other intelligence disciplines.
• Ability to fuse multi-INT datasets, communicate complex findings, and operate independently in high-stakes environments.
• Recent OSINT or social media research training, instruction, or advanced techniques experience within the last two years.

Nice to have

• Chinese or Russian language proficiency.
• Experience with photo geolocation, advanced image/video authentication, threat finance, disinformation networks, or influence operations.
• Experience developing OSINT or multi-INT programs, analytic frameworks, or tradecraft standards.
• Published or briefed work in recognized government or open-source formats.
