Sr. Data Engineer

What you will do

• Define and manage data assets and develop processes that populate data models.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, integrations, and data processing systems.
• Partner with analytics, business, and engineering teams to improve data models and data accessibility.
• Develop data quality frameworks, monitoring, and troubleshooting processes.
• Write unit and integration tests, document technical work, and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Help shape the long-term data platform strategy and provide technical guidance across the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of Python development and 5+ years of SQL experience.
• 5+ years of experience with data modeling, schema design, and data processing systems.
• Experience with Snowflake, GitHub, and ClickUp or a similar project management tool.
• Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills; experience with Agile software development practices.
