Senior Portfolio & Project Controls Analyst (Renewable Energy)

Location: Remote/Traveling (for corporate use only)

Salary: $83,109–$120,508 per year

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of dashboards and KPI tracking systems using Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other BI tools.
• Conduct complex data analysis and modeling for portfolio planning and strategic decision-making.
• Integrate data from Primavera P6, Salesforce, and SQL databases for portfolio and project controls reporting.
• Develop the analytical foundation of the Sales and Operations Planning process and present findings to influence strategic direction.
• Establish and refine performance measurement frameworks to monitor project and portfolio health.
• Lead complex analytical initiatives, influence project controls practices, and mentor junior professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in portfolio analysis, strategic planning, project controls analysis, or a related BI function.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional initiatives and experience mentoring junior professionals.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, data modeling, Primavera P6, Salesforce, and SQL-based reporting.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as PMI-SP, PMP, CSCP, or CTSC.
