Proposal Analyst (Energy Efficiency)

Location: Remote - Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $65,800.00–$98,700.00 per year; target compensation $70,000–$80,000

What you will do

• Translate RFP requirements into clear, actionable proposal plans.
• Organize and synthesize information into cohesive, high-quality proposal packages.
• Coordinate business development, program leaders, partners, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
• Manage multiple proposals, deadlines, deliverables, and submission requirements.
• Support solution development, proposal strategy, writing, and editing.
• Perform quality checks, maintain version control, and improve proposal processes and tools.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, proposal support, program operations, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong organizational, project management, written communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.

Nice to have

• Experience participating in proposal or RFP processes.
• Experience in energy efficiency, utility, or regulated programs.
• Experience with Claude or other AI tools.
