Vice President, Technology Operations

Location: United States - Remote

Salary: $282,000–$322,000 USD per year for Zone 1; compensation varies by experience, qualifications, role requirements, and geo zone.

What you will do

• Lead the technology operations strategy and roadmap across data, infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, on-premise systems, and cybersecurity.
• Drive adoption of advanced AI technologies and automation to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Improve infrastructure scalability, performance, availability, stability, security, data privacy, and business continuity.
• Define technology requirements, standards, operating procedures, metrics, and investment business cases.
• Partner with senior business leaders, manage technology initiatives, assess risks, and support strategic growth.
• Lead technical due diligence and integration assessments for potential acquisitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience managing technology operations across DevOps, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Direct experience applying AI tools and methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Experience operating large-scale SaaS platforms and leading cloud migrations with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, networks, operating systems, databases, application and web servers, and infrastructure.
• Experience leading modernization initiatives, global teams, vendor relationships, budgeting, acquisitions, and executive communication.
