Chief Product & Technology Officer (AI)

What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year product and technology strategy aligned with business growth, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Lead Product Management and global Software Engineering teams delivering secure, reliable, scalable enterprise platforms.
• Modernize architecture and engineering practices through cloud-native, API-first, microservices, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD adoption.
• Set enterprise IT, data, AI, automation, cybersecurity, privacy, and technology risk strategies across multiple markets.
• Oversee transformation, technical due diligence, acquisition integration, investment prioritization, cost management, and ROI evaluation.
• Advise the CEO, executive leadership, and Board while building high-performing teams and representing the organization externally.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across Product Management and Engineering, including executive-level product or technology leadership.
• Proven experience leading global SaaS or enterprise platform organizations, including customer-facing products and internal IT functions.
• Strong knowledge of global workforce technology, HR technology, payroll, workforce management, or related enterprise software ecosystems.
• Experience with digital transformation, modern cloud architecture, APIs, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, security, scalable platforms, data strategy, AI, and automation.
• Experience managing distributed, multi-region teams across complex regulatory environments, with strong commercial, financial, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and retaining senior leaders through rapid growth, transformation, or significant organizational change.

Nice to have

• Experience with employer-of-record, global payroll, or workforce management solutions.
• Experience with acquisition integration, technical due diligence, or scaling technology organizations during high-growth phases.
• Familiarity with technology, data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas.
