UAV Aircraft Assembler II (Aerospace)

Location: San Luis Obispo, California, United States. On-site production role. Employment requires verification of identity and eligibility to work in the United States through E-Verify.

Salary: $23–$27 per hour

What you will do

• Assemble aircraft structures, sub-assemblies, brackets, panels, and mechanical components using released engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Perform drilling, reaming, fastening, torquing, sealing, bonding, and hardware installation operations.
• Route and secure tubing, hoses, and cables according to defined standards.
• Conduct visual and in-process inspections, identify non-conformances, and maintain FOD, safety, and quality standards.
• Complete as-built documentation, production records, and part traceability in MES.
• Follow standard work and support production schedules and takt-time requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in aircraft, aerospace, or automotive manufacturing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, work instructions, and torque requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a production environment with strong attention to detail.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and complete employment eligibility verification through E-Verify.
