Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: Munich, Germany; on-site with more than four days per week in the office. Regular travel across the DACH region is required.

hirify.global builds an AI-powered Procurement Intelligence Platform connecting manufacturing procurement data, suppliers, materials, and processes.

What you will do

• Build data pipelines, AI agents, and custom logic on top of the hirify.global platform using real customer production data.
• Own the technical side of deployments, including data extraction, mapping, validation, and enrichment.
• Run data workshops with customer users and debug integrations alongside customer IT teams.
• Identify recurring deployment patterns and transfer them into product and engineering improvements.
• Automate repetitive deployment steps by building and validating agents.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering and Customer Value to deliver a unified customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience shipping software, automations, agents, or technical projects used by real users.
• Hands-on coding ability with Python and SQL.
• Experience building with LLMs against real data and understanding the strengths and limitations of AI agents.
• Ability to work effectively with incomplete requirements, undocumented data, and conflicting stakeholder input.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build customer trust and manage pushback.
• 0–4 years of experience, native-level German, fluent English, residence in Munich, and willingness to travel regularly across DACH.
