MEP Senior Construction Manager

Location: Amarillo, TX, US; on-site. Travel to multiple project sites may be required, up to 30%.

Salary: $160,000–$195,000 per year plus bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.

What you will do

• Supervise on-site construction activities for direct hires and subcontractors.
• Ensure mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed on schedule, within budget, and according to building codes.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and construction deliveries against project requirements and approved designs.
• Develop execution plans, detailed schedules, and logistics plans for complex infrastructure projects.
• Lead quality control inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning activities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of field experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including applicable industry codes and standards.
• Experience overseeing large-scale base-building projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, project details, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Primavera, or similar tools.
