Solutions Advisor - Salesforce Developer

Location: Hybrid position in Memphis, Tennessee; candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus and work onsite several times per week.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement quantitative analysis for complex sales, customer performance, and business strategy initiatives.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SAQL.
• Build CRM Analytics dashboards, dataflows, recipes, and external data connectors.
• Design and optimize large-scale datasets, data models, relational database solutions, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs using JSON and XML.
• Lead cross-functional analysis, present recommendations to upper management, and mentor less senior staff.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, sales or marketing analysis, or knowledge management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in large enterprise Salesforce environments, including security, role hierarchies, and territory models.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL, data pipelines, Agile methodologies, and performance optimization across large datasets, APIs, and dashboards.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Strong organizational, written, verbal, interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, Angular, React, Python, or .NET.
• Experience building mobile-first or field-based applications and geospatial or mapping-based solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, and modern development practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in global or multi-region environments.
