What you will do

• Lead the Mexico Payroll team of 9 people and maintain high operational standards.
• Own payroll delivery for approximately 310 HQ employees and 4,300 Operations employees in Mexico.
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll execution.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, managers, and Payroll Analysts on complex payroll matters.
• Improve payroll processes, strengthen controls, and identify automation and scalability opportunities.
• Support the future expansion of payroll operations across LATAM when appropriate.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise in Mexico payroll.
• Experience leading payroll teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of payroll legislation, taxes, labor law, and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex payroll topics clearly to non-payroll stakeholders.
• Fluent English required.
