Associate IAM Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States; occasional travel may be required.

Salary: $21.63–$24.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Assist with system upgrades, basic configurations, and infrastructure operations.
• Monitor system resources, utilization, backup systems, response times, and overall stability.
• Support hardware and software maintenance and perform basic system backups and recovery.
• Participate in disaster and system recovery testing when required.
• Maintain system documentation, logs, and knowledge-base articles covering problems and resolutions.
• Collaborate with senior resources and internal stakeholders to identify issues and improve IT operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to analyze problems, interpret numerical data, and communicate technical information clearly.
• Ability to adapt to change, take initiative, prioritize competing demands, and apply agile ways of working.
• Ability to work in typical office and outside environments, lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and travel occasionally.
