SEAL Worklist Specialist

Location: Remote; willingness to travel up to 10% as needed

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage and support the daily operations, workflows, and personnel of the SEAL team.
• Ensure radiology cases are assigned and read by radiologists in a timely manner.
• Monitor real-time performance and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.
• Address operational challenges and resolve issues quickly through problem-solving.
• Maintain organized, reliable, flexible, and results-driven operations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze and manage large datasets.
• Strong initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work under pressure and apply creative problem-solving.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
