HR Data Entry Specialist

Location: On-site in Torrey Pines, San Diego, CA 92121

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 per year

What you will do

• Enter, update, and maintain employee records in the HRIS.
• Process high-volume personnel transactions, including transfers, promotions, terminations, and organizational changes.
• Review HR actions for completeness and accuracy before finalizing system updates.
• Validate I-9 documentation and employment eligibility records.
• Research data discrepancies and maintain quality control standards.
• Maintain digital employee files in line with data privacy requirements.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume data entry.
• Ability to handle confidential HR information and structured processes.
• Ability to review documentation, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work on-site in Torrey Pines, San Diego, CA.
