What you will do

• Engage with advanced language models on complex HR scenarios and theoretical workplace questions.
• Verify the factual accuracy and logical soundness of AI-generated responses.
• Document failure modes and capture reproducible error traces to harden model reasoning.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or significant hands-on experience in recruitment and employee relations.
• Expertise in labor law compliance, compensation and benefits, and DEI.
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills.
