What you will do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the International Moving Division.
- Oversee sales, operations, pricing, sales support, and customer service.
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage remote employees and department leaders.
- Set KPIs, performance standards, accountability systems, and scalable operating processes.
- Improve sales workflows, pricing accuracy, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Manage escalations, develop SOPs, maintain regulatory compliance, and support growth initiatives with ownership.
Requirements
- Significant direct experience in international moving or an international household goods division is mandatory.
- Ideally 10+ years of international household goods moving experience.
- Strong knowledge of ocean and air freight, customs procedures, shipping documentation, origin and destination services, pricing, quoting, and shipment coordination.
- Experience leading teams and overseeing multiple functions, including operations, sales, pricing, sales support, and customer service.
- Proven ability to establish KPIs, manage performance, coach employees, and resolve complex customer and operational escalations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, analytical ability, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and strong computer proficiency.

- Experience with CRM, transportation-management, and workflow software.
- Experience working with the U.S. international moving market.
