What you will do

• Lead and manage Game Operations Specialists in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure accurate, high-quality delivery across football and basketball leagues.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable feedback.
• Identify coaching needs, support professional development, and facilitate team growth.
• Coordinate communication between the team, department leadership, and stakeholders.
• Lead strategic and non-operational projects that improve efficiency, quality, and innovation.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of sports dynamics.
