What you will do
- Build Software's brand and visibility in the Albanian market.
- Grow the local network and company reputation while identifying recruiting and business opportunities.
- Retain, develop, and engage the local team through coaching, training, and development.
- Coordinate with senior management, provide recommendations, and support customer experience and business growth.
- Share market intelligence and effective practices with other offices and headquarters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, laws, and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position or as a Recruitment or HR Lead.
- Strong understanding of the Albanian market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
