Senior Software Engineer (UX/AI)

What you will do

• Own the visual and interaction design of core product surfaces, building them in production React and TypeScript.
• Set the bar for UX quality, focusing on interaction states, motion, hierarchy, and information density.
• Turn rough product ideas into polished, high-fidelity experiences through rapid prototyping.
• Shape and steward the design system and visual language to ensure quality scales.
• Partner directly with engineering and marketing teams to drive product direction.
• Leverage AI tooling and agents to accelerate design and development workflows.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating real design taste and craft.
• Genuine UX and visual design ability from concept to high-fidelity execution.
• Deep proficiency in Figma, including component library management.
• Solid frontend engineering skills in modern React and TypeScript.
• Fluency with AI-assisted design and development.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and owning outcomes end to end.
