Technical Product Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Austin, Dallas, Hoboken, Ottawa, Phoenix, or Toronto; up to three days per week in the office and the remaining days remotely.

What you will do

• Translate technical capabilities of the identity resilience platform into clear business value for sellers, partners, customers, and prospects.
• Develop technical content such as whitepapers, research, use cases, blogs, data sheets, solution briefs, playbooks, presentations, and website content.
• Create competitive positioning, product-specific messaging, and sales and partner enablement materials.
• Build campaign content for field campaigns, product launches, sales plays, partner plays, and better-together initiatives.
• Develop training content for sales teams, partner teams, and solutions architects, including videos, blogs, and presentation decks.
• Maintain partner-facing website and portal materials and collaborate with product, marketing, partner, and field teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing experience translating technical material into polished, value-driven messaging.
• Extensive technology experience, ideally in identity cybersecurity and Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, or Ping.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce technically accurate marketing copy and educational content.
• Ability to communicate with technical decision-makers and security leaders, including CISOs, CIOs, IT leaders, and SOC leaders.
• Action-oriented project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• A degree in technical communication, marketing, computer science, or engineering is ideal.
