What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day technical solution for a dedicated enterprise client implementation.
• Facilitate technical discovery and solution design sessions with client architects, business analysts, and technology teams.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, APIs, data mappings, validation rules, and implementation guidance.
• Review agile stories and clarify functional and technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Identify risks, assumptions, dependencies, and solution readiness issues throughout delivery.
• Contribute reusable delivery assets, solution standards, lessons learned, and AI-assisted process improvements.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solution consulting, technical business analysis, or solution architecture.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, data integration, and SQL.
• Experience facilitating sessions with technical and business stakeholders and working directly with software engineering teams.
• Exposure to AWS or Azure and experience in Agile software delivery environments.
• Bachelor’s degree and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in life and annuity insurance, Insurtech, Fintech, technology consulting, insurance carriers, or financial services.
• Familiarity with policy administration systems, identity providers, data middleware, and digital servicing portals.
• Experience using AI tools to improve solution design or delivery processes.
