Governance Technology Engineer (AI Governance)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the enterprise AI Governance Operating System, including intake pipelines, tool evaluation workflows, and compliance monitoring automation.
• Engineer agentic governance workflows using n8n, Claude APIs, or similar technologies for intake triage, policy enforcement, anomaly detection, and audit logging.
• Architect the AI tool registry, provisioning standards, access controls, data handling requirements, and usage policies.
• Design real-time monitoring, alerting, dashboards, data pipelines, automated scorecards, and reporting infrastructure for AI adoption, compliance, and business impact.
• Own integration architecture for Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, hirify.global AI Studio, the Autonomous Knowledge Platform, and MCP servers.
• Set technical standards, advise AI Adoption and business-function AI Leads, and guide cross-functional teams through complex governance integrations and rollouts.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in technical roles, with significant depth in enterprise platform engineering, AI/ML infrastructure, or governance technology.
• Hands-on experience designing enterprise automation at scale, including agentic workflows, API-based integration platforms, and policy enforcement systems.
• Expertise in enterprise API integration architecture, technical specifications, and build-versus-buy evaluations.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling skills, including experience with analytical architectures and hirify.global Vantage.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise AI platforms such as Claude Enterprise or Microsoft Copilot, MCP, agentic AI frameworks, and enterprise AI architectures.
• Experience with security architecture, identity and access management, compliance automation, audit logging, anomaly detection, and platform lifecycle management.

Nice to have

• Hands-on expertise with hirify.global AI Studio or the hirify.global Autonomous Knowledge Platform.
• Microsoft certifications related to M365, security, or compliance, or equivalent credentials.
