Salary: $67,000–$97,000 per year for work performed from Illinois; compensation may vary for California, Colorado, and New York.

What you will do

• Analyze claims and reimbursement data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks related to average sales price improvement.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking reimbursement metrics.
• Diagnose root causes of average sales price and reimbursement KPI fluctuations and develop prescriptive insights.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Finance, Legal, Product, Business Intelligence, Engineering, and external vendors on payor contract performance.
• Support reimbursement process optimization, operational efficiency projects, ad hoc data requests, and special projects.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of similar work experience.
• Experience working with large, complex, or disorganized datasets and translating analysis into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and dashboard tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Effective communication skills and ability to present data and insights to different audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in healthcare revenue-cycle analytics, reimbursement, consulting, or healthcare consulting.
• Familiarity or experience with using AI.
