Senior Data Scientist - Experimentation Platform (AI)

Location: New York, NY, United States; based out of the New York office with occasional travel within the US and internationally

Salary: $184,300–$271,000 USD per year, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Design statistical methods that promote experimentation best practices and help teams reach results faster.
• Define the vision and standards for experimentation across three brands and multiple markets.
• Build methodology, tooling, and standards for the global experimentation platform.
• Partner with engineering to develop the experimentation platform.
• Evaluate where AI should be used in the experimentation process.
• Drive adoption of experimentation capabilities across teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data science and experimentation.
• Experience thinking about experimentation at a program level across teams.
• Strong understanding of experimentation methodology, including multiple-comparison correction and power calculations.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor while managing stakeholders and priorities.
• Ability to work from the New York office and occasionally travel within the US and internationally.
