Salary: $55,000-$70,000 annually, with the stated range applicable to Massachusetts and varying by location.

What you will do

  • Support Clinical Account Executives with plans to gain and retain new and existing healthcare clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, office staff, pathology departments, and oncology clients to drive clinical orders and smooth specimen sendouts.
  • Identify opportunities to expand adoption of Tempus algorithmic tests, add-on products, online ordering through Tempus Hub, and EMR integrations.
  • Coordinate physician reviews of Medical Affairs reports and obtain clinical data and progress notes for tested patients.
  • Develop and manage a territory business plan covering budgets, travel, account management, and goals.
  • Analyze account performance and the competitive landscape, provide customer feedback, and support local conferences and account materials.

Requirements

  • B.S. in biology, life science, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of applicable industry experience.
  • Ability to quickly learn genomic and oncology information and maintain strong market, customer, and product knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and administrative skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory as needed.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare sales support experience, preferably in oncology or pathology, with a record of meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • General clinical experience.
