Senior Product Manager, Data Platform (AI)

hirify.global is presenting this opportunity on behalf of a partner operating a fast-growing B2B SaaS organization focused on AI-powered workflows and enterprise data products.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for data matching and activity capture, improving data quality, completeness, reliability, and customer issue resolution.
• Lead CRM integration initiatives across Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and emerging CRM connectors.
• Expand ownership toward unified data platform delivery milestones and administrative platform capabilities.
• Represent platform capabilities in architecture reviews, technical discussions, and roadmap presentations for enterprise stakeholders.
• Create enablement materials for Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams covering integrations, data quality, and technical differentiators.
• Define success metrics, build customer feedback loops, and incorporate AI-powered tools into discovery, documentation, analysis, and product operations.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years at a senior or staff level.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise data ecosystems, including CRM platforms, data lakes and warehouses, event pipelines, APIs, integration patterns, and data modeling.
• Experience building or managing platform products such as matching systems, data pipelines, integrations, administrative configuration tools, or data quality solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and product strategy skills.
• Experience representing technical products to enterprise IT organizations, data engineering leaders, and executive buyers.
• Must be based in the United States. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a technical background is strongly preferred.

• Experience in a high-growth or early-stage B2B SaaS environment.
• Background in computer science, engineering, or another technical discipline.
