Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for one or more Research Operations product areas.
• Define systems for intake, prioritization, resource allocation, execution visibility, quality management, and operational planning.
• Partner with engineers to design, build, and launch tools that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Identify execution bottlenecks and convert manual workflows into scalable systems.
• Establish operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to improve decision-making.
• Improve throughput, staffing visibility, training systems, execution quality, and process standardization across research and production operations.

Requirements

• Experience translating ambiguous operational challenges into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, researchers, Strategic Project Leads, and Production Operations.
• Experience prioritizing product investments based on operational performance and organizational impact.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
