E&C Project Manager Senior/Staff (Project Execution-Power Innovation, West) (Power Infrastructure)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States. Travel of up to 50% is required.

What you will do

• Lead complex power infrastructure projects from concept through completion, managing scope, schedule, budget, and project outcomes.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction partners, internal teams, contractors, and technical resources.
• Apply engineering and construction standards to power generation systems, substations, high-voltage distribution, and control systems.
• Evaluate economic impacts, develop project solutions, and improve reliability, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Anticipate and resolve technical, contractual, regulatory, and project risks.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, cost forecasts, reports, executive presentations, RFPs, evaluations, and contractor selections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• For the Senior level: at least 10 years of experience in oil and gas engineering or project management.
• For the Staff level: at least 15 years of experience in oil and gas engineering or project management.
• Experience with power plant construction or operations, including design, construction, and commissioning of power generation systems, substations, and high-voltage electrical distribution systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project or equivalent project controls tools, and PLC/Stage-Gate processes.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with safety as the highest priority.

Nice to have

• Degree in engineering or construction management, preferably electrical engineering.
• Master's degree in business, project management, or engineering management.
• PMP, PE, or Microsoft Project certification.
• Experience with EPC projects in power generation or data centers.
