Senior Manager, AI, and Data Engineering

Location: New York City, United States. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and eligibility.

Annual base salary: $139,100–$231,900, plus a 17.5% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Build and prototype AI-enabled solutions for Oncology R&D workflows and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and analytical models.
• Apply machine learning techniques to structured and unstructured healthcare data.
• Partner with scientific, clinical, operational, and product teams to translate needs into usable tools.
• Rapidly iterate on solutions, with production scaling supported by enterprise Digital teams when appropriate.
• Contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 5+ years, or PhD with 1+ years.
• Hands-on experience building data, analytics, or ML solutions in healthcare, life sciences, or health tech.
• Strong programming skills and experience with modern data and machine learning tooling.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and adapt solutions based on feedback.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States by any employer; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Experience with research or clinical workflows.
