Consulting Manager (Pega)

Location: Remote, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $137,700–$213,700 annually, with potential annual bonus or commission and additional benefits.

What you will do

• Lead a team of Business Architects and Business Consultants across Australia and New Zealand.
• Provide technical leadership on Pega products, architecture, design, and delivery methodologies.
• Drive adoption of the Pega Delivery Approach across consulting and delivery leadership.
• Lead clients through design concepts and facilitate Design Thinking workshops for digital transformation.
• Deliver projects using rapid delivery methods and Design Thinking approaches.
• Provide thought leadership and influence clients, partners, and internal teams on agile and rapid delivery models.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Architect, Consultant, and Design Thinking practitioner.
• Experience developing, mentoring, and coaching consulting teams in design processes, approaches, principles, and frameworks.
• Background in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience as a people manager who has built, reshaped, and upskilled teams.
• Self-driven, iterative, and creative problem-solving approach.
