What you will do

• Design, develop, code, test, and debug system software for enhancements and new products.
• Design and implement software for embedded devices and systems from requirements through deployment.
• Provide administration, development, application support, and limited on-call support for end users.
• Configure and integrate third-party software components and technologies.
• Perform root cause analysis of network, operating system, and customer-environment issues.
• Resolve escalated software bugs, reproduce incidents, document requests, and collaborate with service desk and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus 5–8 years of related experience.
• Experience with software development programs, monitoring systems, and third-party software configuration.
• Ability to analyze network, operating system, and technical-solution issues and select appropriate troubleshooting methods.
• Strong English communication skills in both speaking and writing.
• Ability to collaborate remotely using communication tools, multitask, self-organize, and prioritize activities.
• Ability to perform office-related tasks, use a computer, and communicate effectively.

• Familiarity with system administration.
