Senior Applications Programmer (Web Software)

Location: Stuttgart, Germany; onsite government-client role

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate development schedules, milestones, technical reviews, audits, quality checks, and customer acceptance testing.
• Develop web applications in non-production, pre-release, and staging environments.
• Provide technical support for creating and maintaining development and staging environments.
• Build and test web functionality using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/TypeScript, React, REST, JSON, and related technologies.
• Document releases, new features, changes, bug fixes, testing results, and core product functionality.
• Create user guides, training materials, FAQs, sample test data, and scripts for government users.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance must be held and maintained.
• Security+ certification is required, or must be obtained within six months of starting.
• At least five years of relevant experience.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JavaScript-based frameworks, object models, and REST.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vue.js, Backbone.js, Ember, Knockout, Handlebars.js, Node.js, or SharePoint.
