Frontend UI Engineer (German)

Location: Remote, hybrid, or office-based in Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, or the Netherlands.

Salary: EUR 1,850–3,350 gross per month. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive, accessible web pages and applications from design specifications and mockups.
• Transform static designs into interactive interfaces and build reusable, modular components aligned with design-system guidelines.
• Implement component-based architectures with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and third-party services for dynamic data rendering.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, optimize performance, and manage client-side state.
• Coordinate usability testing, debug UI issues with Software Engineering teams, and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with Redux, Zustand, MobX, or similar client-side state-management libraries.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, reusable components, and responsive web applications.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above.
• German proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
