What you will do
- Design and build production-grade AI agents and LLM-powered systems.
- Develop document understanding and information extraction pipelines using OCR and LLMs.
- Integrate AI agents with tools, APIs, data sources, and MCP.
- Build evaluation and testing frameworks to improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Own AI solutions end-to-end, from requirements and architecture through deployment and optimization.
Requirements
- Strong Python experience building production-grade AI systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and agentic AI.
- Experience with MCP, tool calling, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of RAG, Document AI, OCR, and information extraction.
- Experience with LLM evaluation, hallucination control, and testing.
- Ability to design and deploy scalable AI solutions in production; advanced English and strong communication skills required.
