What you will do

• Design and deliver tool-augmented AI agents and multi-step reasoning pipelines.
• Integrate agents with business systems, APIs, data sources, and semantic search infrastructure.
• Implement LLM orchestration, planning, model selection, function calling, and evaluation workflows.
• Build production-ready systems with monitoring, caching, CI/CD, and automated evaluation for nondeterministic behavior.
• Apply security guardrails and PII protection to user-facing AI products.
• Collaborate with engineers and enterprise customers from initial scoping through iterative tuning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production software engineering experience with TypeScript/Node, Go, or Python.
• Strong API design, testing, debugging, and software engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience with GPT, Claude, Gemini, or fine-tuned open-source models, including prompt engineering, tool calling, model selection, and evaluation.
• Experience designing RAG systems, embedding pipelines, and semantic search using technologies such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
• Expertise with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI, or equivalent.
• Advanced English at B2 or C1 level is required.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering real-time or voice agents with SSE or WebSockets.
• Familiarity with MCP, A2A, multi-agent protocols, or supervisor and critique agent patterns.
• Experience in e-commerce, fintech, telecom, or large-scale customer support.
• Experience with automated prompt and agent regression testing frameworks.
