Engagement Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Germany; travel up to 15% to customer sites or internal company events.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise customer deployment projects and manage delivery across all project phases.
• Advise customers on rollout strategies, deployment planning, operational readiness, and best practices.
• Develop project plans, provide progress reports, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Identify project risks and dependencies and recommend solutions to keep deployments on track.
• Translate customer requirements into business value and share feedback with Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams.
• Create deployment guides, recommendations, white papers, and lead operational deployment workshops.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Professional Services, technical project management, or similar roles, preferably in a software or hardware technology company.
• Experience consulting with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical enterprise customers.
• Experience with large technology deployments, product launches, implementations, enterprise account management, and system integration.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Background in identity and access management, identity verification, cybersecurity, or authentication technologies.
• Native or conversational German and English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of MFA, SSO, VPN, RDP, OATH, SAML, OpenID, ADFS, FIDO/FIDO2, WebAuthn, CTAP/CTAP2, X.509, or Federal PKI.
• Cybersecurity or project management certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP.
• Experience with identity providers including Microsoft, Okta, Google, Duo, and Ping.
• Familiarity with YubiKeys and identity verification vendors such as HYPR and Nametag.
