Immigration & Mobility Manager

Location: London; candidates must be based in the UK and able to operate across time zones supporting a global entity and EOR footprint.

What you will do

• Help mature the Global Mobility & Immigration Centre of Excellence into a scalable operating model.
• Define and implement governance frameworks, processes, and toolkits for global growth.
• Own immigration and mobility casework, SLA adherence, escalations, and case management across entities and EOR locations.
• Lead vendor governance, including performance tracking, invoicing, and quarterly and annual reviews.
• Drive compliance governance, audit readiness, reporting, automation, and process improvement.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, and People Partnering on complex cases and policy application.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in global immigration and/or mobility, including senior or lead-level programme ownership.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and governance across multiple providers and jurisdictions.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, scaling, or high-growth environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with Legal, Tax, People, and Talent functions.
• Experience building or significantly evolving operating models, with strong process and governance skills.
• Must be based in the UK; able to operate across time zones and provide senior judgement in ambiguous or high-stakes situations.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling an in-house immigration or mobility Centre of Excellence.
• Exposure to datacentre, infrastructure, or technical workforce populations.
• Experience supporting M&A integration from an immigration or mobility perspective.
• Familiarity with EOR models and cross-border employment structures.
• Experience advising senior leadership on immigration and mobility risk and strategy.
