Employee Relations Lead

What you will do

• Lead complex workforce change and transformation activities across multiple business areas.
• Design organisational change, consultation, communication, and engagement strategies.
• Advise senior leaders on complex employee relations matters and sensitive employee situations.
• Partner with People, HR, Legal, and business stakeholders to manage employment and reputational risks.
• Maintain governance, documentation, audit trails, reporting, and escalation processes.
• Support workforce optimisation and sustainable organisational outcomes.

Requirements

• Significant employee relations experience in a complex organisation.
• Experience leading large-scale workforce transformation or organisational change programmes.
• Extensive knowledge of UK employment law and consultation requirements.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder groups and influencing senior leaders.
• Experience in professional services, financial services, consulting, or private equity-backed organisations.
• Strong commercial awareness, communication, negotiation, judgement, and programme delivery skills.
