Technical Program Manager (AI/Robotics)

Location: On-site in New York or the Toronto GTA

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year total wage range, including base salary and on-target incentives where applicable.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery programs for high-value ego-data datasets, including schedules, customer specifications, volumes, timelines, and cross-functional accountability.
• Build and improve scripts, QA checks, packaging and manifest tooling, dashboards, and other delivery automation.
• Define dataset-readiness standards covering completeness, metadata, taxonomy, formatting, and automated QA gates.
• Translate AI-lab customer requirements into delivery plans and provide senior communication on scope, status, trade-offs, and escalations.
• Build reporting for time-to-delivery, dataset volume and yield, QA pass rates, rework, and SLA adherence.

Requirements

• On-site availability in New York or the Toronto GTA.
• 2–5+ years of experience as a TPM, technical program or product lead, or data/delivery operations lead.
• Hands-on experience delivering large, complex datasets or technical deliverables to external customers on time and to specification.
• Ability to query databases such as SQL or MongoDB and write Python scripts for dataset reshaping, validation, and QA.
• Experience leading through influence without direct reports and coordinating sales, engineering, data operations, and labeling teams.
• Experience with workflow and tracking systems such as Jira, Asana, or Linear and with customer-facing technical communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in ML/AI data, robotics, or another domain involving complex technical deliverables.
• Experience working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
