DevOps Engineer (Web Platform)

What you will do

• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines for Node.js and React web services and applications.
• Design and maintain release processes for safe and reliable deployments.
• Build testing and validation workflows that identify issues before production.
• Manage and scale Docker and Kubernetes infrastructure in AWS.
• Monitor production performance, reliability, uptime, logging, and alerting.
• Partner with full-stack engineers and debug issues across application, infrastructure, and deployment layers.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or production engineering.
• Strong experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, such as GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with Node.js, TypeScript, and React web stacks.
• Experience managing production systems, debugging real-world issues, and applying testing strategies for release reliability.
• Ability to take ownership of system stability and work cross-functionally with engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience owning release processes and production readiness for web applications.
• Experience improving reliability, uptime, and deployment safety at scale.
• Familiarity with MongoDB or similar production databases.
• Experience building internal tooling for developer workflows.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
