What you will do

• Collaborate with the EMEA R&D team on product development projects.
• Define and maintain tooling, material, and technological specifications for new products.
• Supervise pilot production and trial manufacturing runs.
• Manage engineering and production data within the ERP system.
• Lead quality improvement and cost reduction projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop training materials and conduct competence assessments for manufacturing staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Active, communicative English language skills (written and spoken).
• Proactive, self-motivated mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
