Manufacturing/Process Engineer

What you will do

• Act as hirify.global’s on-site representative at Zollner and serve as the key contact for production, quality, and engineering topics.
• Ensure stable series production and track KPIs for quality, delivery, efficiency, and inventory.
• Lead resolution of production, process, equipment, and material issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with hirify.global standards, customer requirements, and IATF 16949 guidelines.
• Support new product introductions, engineering changes, audits, and proactively communicate risks or deviations to hirify.global stakeholders.
• Build collaboration between hirify.global and Zollner teams at operational and management levels.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably in large-scale production.
• Experience with production processes, quality standards, problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D), and continuous improvement.
• English: Fluent
• Hungarian: Fluent
• Willingness to travel as required and ability to lead cross-functional teams and supplier organizations.
